Fredrick watched in growing discomfort as the monkey, clutching its small prize tightly, disappeared into the dark jungle. The playful behaviour of the monkeys, once entertaining, now seemed ominous. More monkeys began to appear, each carrying a tiny, squirming puppy.
What had seemed like harmless fun turned into something disturbing. Fredrick decided to follow one of the monkeys deeper into the jungle to understand what was happening. The path grew rough, tangled with roots and vines, and the dense canopy above blocked out most of the sunlight.
