Joseph knew that he would never see them again, but he felt a sense of satisfaction knowing that he had done everything he could to give them the best possible life. He knew that they were where they belonged, in the wild, free to roam and hunt and live as nature intended.
After years had passed, Joseph found himself wandering through the forest once again, searching for any worthy game to hunt. Suddenly, a thought occurred to him, and he decided to make his way back to the clearing where he had first encountered the tigress and her cubs. He held onto a glimmer of hope that, against all odds, the two animals he had raised may still be in the area.
